March 2019 Recap
Attending SXSW 2019 for the first time was probably THE highlight of my month. We came mostly for the Wellness Expo, which took us over three hours in itself and kept us busy, fed, hydrated, and fulfilled for the better part of the afternoon. I got a lot of compliments on my Oatly shirt, too! I’m so excited to come back and experience even more next year.
I am highkey obsessed with this super easy khao soi recipe. I left out the chicken and substituted with low fat coconut milk, then added lots of veggies such as enoki mushrooms and bok choy.
I found out about Real Dog Box this month and can’t wait to try it out once Luna is done with her current chews. I love that all the treats and chews are made fresh, consist of only one ingredient, and come in a variety of meats. We feed Luna on a 100% raw food diet, and this looks like the perfect complement of treats and chews.

Mailable greeting cards that turn into planters that you can grow your own organic microgreens in?! I’m sold. Mail can’t get any better than this.
I’ve got total hearteyes all over this simple decor piece.
This company makes sustainable custom wrapping tissue and mailer packaging… this makes me want to start another side gig just so I can use them. Cutest packaging ever!
